Within the data leak entry, Hive claims that they encrypted BTS&#8217; systems almost a month ago, on Saturday 20th of August 2022.<\/p><p>Even though BTS hasn\u2019t disclosed when its network was breached or how the attack occurred, Bell Canada has published a cybersecurity alert following the incident which revealed that the threat actor accessed information that might have included the name, address and phone number of residential and small business customers in Ontario and Qu\u00e9bec who booked a technician visit.
